1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using cashcompasspro.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Not a lender
Cash Compass is a free information and referral service, not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, fund loans, or set rates, fees, or terms. Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or that any offer of credit will be extended.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (19 in some states) and a legal U.S. resident to submit a loan information request. Product availability and eligibility vary by state and by lender.
4. User submissions
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a request, and authorize Cash Compass to share that information with one or more independent lenders or lending networks as described in our Privacy Notice.
5. Third-party lenders
Any loan you ultimately receive is provided by a third-party lender under that lender's own terms, rates, and conditions. Cash Compass is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any agreement between you and a lender.
6. No financial advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, or credit advice. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
7. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, and design elements on the Site are owned by Cash Compass or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our prior written permission.
8. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt the Site, scraping, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
